30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
How to request a return

Our return address is 6 Rue De Caullery, 59127 Walincourt-Selvigny, France. This is an international return destination for U.S. customers.
Who pays return shipping
If we sent the wrong item, or your item is damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping costs. Contact us so we can arrange the return process. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping to our address in France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with details of the issue and, where helpful, photographs. The ordinary requirement to return an item in its original condition does not disqualify a claim because of the damage, defect or fulfillment error itself. We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, including a return, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
